Delivery & Order

Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivering them typically takes our team 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and stock availability.. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

Your order is a gift and you are worried about not receiving it on time? No problem ! Contact our Customer Service who will be happy to send you by email a “gift voucher” to print and give to the recipient while waiting for the order to arrive.

You can track the status of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

You will receive your tracking number via email within 48 to 72 hours after placing your order. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

There is no minimum quantity required per order and our standard delivery is free (excluding overseas territories). We deliver our products worldwide.

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, the rest of your order will arrive shortly.

Cancellation & Return

You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, after this time, changes are no longer possible.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it. However, each customer has 30 days after receipt to make a return.

If you don’t like your order or you have changed your mind, we offer you 30 days to return it after receipt! It’s simple: either you are satisfied with your order, or you make a return and receive a refund!

→ Each customer who wishes to return their order has 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.

For this, the customer is required to submit a request to us via the contact form, indicating the order number.

→ If an item presents a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Beyond this period, the order is deemed to be compliant.

Detailed return policy:

If the buyer changes his mind and wishes to obtain a refund for his order, he has 30 days from the date of receipt of his order to send his return request to Customer Service, via the contact form. If the 30-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

If an item happens to be defective, the buyer has 48 hours after receipt of their order to contact Customer Service. In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) by email (description and photos attached) to Customer Service first via the “Contact Us” contact form.

If the buyer has benefited from an item offered for his order, whatever the reason, such as a lost and undelivered package, abnormal delivery delay, special offer or donation, and he wishes to make a return of part of the said order or the whole, then the buyer must also return the item which was offered to him.

In the event of a return, Zelda Kingdom® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return costs. Shipping costs (return costs) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. It will therefore be the customer’s responsibility to pay their own shipping costs to return their item to our manufacturing center in Asia, to the return address which will be communicated to the buyer by Customer Service. Any shipping costs such as for secure delivery are not refundable.

The refund of the order is due within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

This policy applies to any item sold on the Zelda Kingdom® website with the exception of personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges are not accepted.

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide allowing. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small/large. However, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.
