Manufacturing Defects or Non-Conformity:
We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping, but if you receive an item that is defective or does not conform to the product description, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this window, we will consider the item compliant with your expectations. To process this, please send us a detailed description of the defect along with photos through our contact form, so we can assist you in resolving the issue swiftly.

Comprehensive Return & Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind Returns:
    If you have changed your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for a full refund. Please use our contact form and provide your order number when submitting your request. If the 30-day return period concludes on a weekend or public holiday, the return deadline will be extended to the next business day.
  • Defective or Non-Conforming Items:
    In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or does not match the product description, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will require a brief explanation of the issue along with supporting photos to facilitate the process. Upon verification, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and replace the defective item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Returning Promotional Items or Free Gifts:
    If your order included a free item or a gift as part of a promotion, or if you received compensation such as a free gift due to shipping delays, and you decide to return part or all of your order, the free item must also be returned. If the free gift is not included with your return, the equivalent value of the free item may be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Timeline:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed. Please note that while we process refunds as quickly as possible, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Exchanges:

Exchanges are available for all non-personalized items, and once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out your new item promptly.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    All returns are processed free of charge, so you won’t need to worry about paying for return shipping. However, if you choose a non-standard shipping method for the return, such as secure or expedited delivery, the additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
