ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website https://zelda-kingdom.com.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Zelda Kingdom® confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation by Zelda Kingdom® of the payment of the order, meaning the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Zelda Kingdom® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of consultation of the site by the customer remains subject to the stock status at Zelda Kingdom® and, of course, at the suppliers.
To create our showcase and sales catalog, we work with databases enriched based on the information provided by our suppliers. This database, containing more than a hundred items, is not entirely stored in our reserves, and our offer is thus conditioned by the availability of items at the suppliers.
Only the permanent unavailability of an item from our suppliers leads to the removal of that item from our sales offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain timeframe remains possible.
When there is an unavailability of a product ordered, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice of the shipped products in the case of an order of several items.
Delivery deadline for the order: when placing the order and on the order acknowledgment, a delivery time is communicated to the customers. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the transport method selected by the customer. From the time of the order to its shipment, the customer has the option to cancel the order.
Particularities:
Pre-order items: items to be released are offered on the website https://zelda-kingdom.com as pre-orders. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time of the opening of the reservation phase. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for the commercialization of their product.
In all cases, Zelda Kingdom® strives, as of the final sale date, to ship the items to customers who have reserved them, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the release day.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
The prices indicated in dollars are net prices, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the cost of the products, handling, packaging, and product preservation costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of the order registration. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation, packaging, and postage costs. Please group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders, and shipping costs will be charged for each.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a pick-up point. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the package, plus the shipping time. Zelda Kingdom® delivers worldwide. The buyer is informed by email of the different stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery.
The delivery time includes preparation and delivery by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 10 to 20 days is valid from the moment the buyer receives the order delivery email. The delivery time announced by the carrier does not bind Zelda Kingdom® to a longer time.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL
The items provided by https://zelda-kingdom.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those in traditional commerce and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.
If an item is defective or not in compliance, the buyer has 30 days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the 30-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original, intact packaging, with all possible accessories, instructions for use, and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to our support (description and attached photos).
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Zelda Kingdom® is obligated to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without charges, except for the return shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
In the case of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within 14 days or less following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
If the customer does not receive their order within 60 working days from the date of dispatch, they are eligible to request a full refund. In this case, the refund will be processed within 14 working days after the customer contacts us and the request is validated. No cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted for this process either.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the buyer will only take place after full payment of the price by the buyer, regardless of the delivery date of said products. However, the transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of the products will take place upon delivery and receipt of the said products by the buyer.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Zelda Kingdom® is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it is legally protected and undertakes, in particular, not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent, or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium, by any means and in any form, all or part of the contents of the databases on this site.

Zelda Kingdom® is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the buyer. Zelda Kingdom®’s liability cannot be sought in the event of a force majeure occurrence (strike, flood, fire, etc.).
The products offered comply with the laws of Hong Kong in force. Zelda Kingdom® declines any responsibility if the delivered article does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or an author, etc.). These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices, are expressly agreed upon and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having a perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to invoke any contradictory document and, in particular, their own general terms and conditions of purchase, with the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
